Customer Relations Officer



  • Contact with each department in order to serve customers need.
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and facilities in Premier Lounge and customer service counter.
  • Operate the customer services such as vouchers selling / sales of charity vouchers / VAT Refund / payment point / depository / baby stroller service / tax invoice issuance.
  • Service and give recommendations for customer who have problems with the card or others department within the store.
  • Follow details of all promotions and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Provides guests with information about attractions, facilities, services, promotion, credit card and activities in or outside the department store.
  • Service and give customer requests for special services or equipment with the appropriate department.


  • Male or female age between 22 – 35 years old with Thai nationality.
  • Bachelor Degree or over in related fields.
  • At least 1 year experience in service function.
  • Experience in Retail Business or Luxury & Cosmetic will be an advantage.
  • Good communication in English.
  • Good personality, polite, clean, cheerful.
  • Have service mind.
  • Able to work in shift.
