Marketing & CRM - Food Section Manager



  • Initiate and execute marketing activities for Food & Supermarket division to meet business objectives
  • Develop marketing plan to support Food & Supermarket division - sales promotions, communications, activities, and etc.
  •  Develop company’s CRM program to improve customer experience using creativity plus digital and data-driven marketing approaches
  • Work closely with corporate partners – co-branded credit card to increase members and spending
  • Identify key trends and criteria that influence customer behavior and take action and experiment based on the insights
  •  Review and evaluate market research data and campaign performance to strengthen insight-based CRM program development
  • Evaluate and recommend changes to improve the effectiveness of new customer recruitment, retention, and loyalty programs
  •  Plan and control budget


  • Education - Master or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
  • Male & Female aged 35-45 Years
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Have good communication skills in English
  • Possess product knowledge
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing industry, including digital tools and techniques. In-depth understanding of industry and its position in the market is a plus.
